   My car was towed to them with no notice and they were helpful from the very start. They kept me updated the whole way through and had everything installed quickly once the parts arrived. Communication was clear and honest the entire time, and they were completely transparent about what needed to be done. Genuine people, great workmanship, and outstanding service – I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them.

   I had an annoying scraping noise behind a brake rotor thanks to a stone that had taken up residence there. I did a drive-by and they happened to have a spare hoist at the time. It took a bit of effort to find and remove the little bugger, car up on the hoist and wheel and rotor removed - probably close to a half hour's labour - then they sent me off without charging me !! How's that for good service?

   Just picked up my car from the team at Pit Stop Glenfield. After being told I needed to replace some parts on my car immediately I took my car to Pit Stop to get these parts replaced. Upon inspection I was advised by the mechanic that these parts had plenty more life in them and did not need to be replaced. The previous mechanic was just trying to con me out of my hard earned money! Quality and Integrity are hard to find in a mechanic but these guys have both these qualities and more. I had a service, transmission flush and new rotors and pads fitted in the end. All this was done in a timely and professional manner and Im more than happy with everything that was done, very fairly priced too! Les on the desk was more than helpful with fitting me in and helping me with any questions I had. Ill definitely be back after the great service I received. Thanks a million guys!
