Amazing work done, 1 on 1 experience where the technician is focused solely on you and the work done on you. They cater to your individual nail needs/problems, offer advice/solutions. Great customer service makes the customer feel valued. Serena gave me her full attention throughout the hour and did the gel nails with high precision and great quality. Im so picky and even the slightest error can trigger my ocd but theres no error here!! competent technicians. Not only do they do the job properly, but with great quality!! so i wouldnt say im satisfied instead, im happy! because my nails look so cute she has put in effort in each detail. Definitely worth the money, its little bit extra than other places like in malls, but considering the time and effort put in, its great value for money. and they actually have conversations with you!! yay
Serena Is absolutely amazing! I've been seeing her for over a year and she has helped me stop my nail biting habit (which i had been trying to break for 6 years!). I honestly couldn't have done it with out her. She is an amazing nail tech, her nail art is absolutely stunning! She is super non judgmental and has been so supportive of me during my nail journey. I've seen her for Gel manicures and acrylic and they are always flawless every time and leave me feeling good about the way my hands and nails look whenever I leave my appointment. Couldn't recommend more!!
Loved going here! Serena is so sweet, good to talk to and amazing at nails. First time getting acrylics, and I am obsessed! It is the best nail place I have ever been to - I felt so welcome and felt like Serena really cared about how my nails turned out and did her best to do them exactly like I wanted. I will definitely be going back, and highly recomend to everyone.
