Everything was measured perfectly and looked great, and barely hurt at all. I had no pain afterwards like throbbing, which is a first for me. She was also very friendly and welcoming, and I felt extremely comfortable. Also had very good aftercare instructions. Cannot recommend enough!!”

I have 2x tattoos from ECM, with more planned (as well as my husband), we have had work shifts printed from ECM signs and Kate has just pierced our 13 y.o. daughters ears for the first time and was very patient, calming and gentle with her as she has a fear of needles. “Booked online which was very easy compared to other places. Jai was our artists and he made us feel comfortable and made conversation with us. Their studio set up is very nice and private. We went in for the October flash sale and I chose a very basic design which he then gave it detail which I absolutely loved and definitely think it looks better. My partner doesn’t like the pain but Jai was very patient and good with him and his tattoo also turned out amazing.”
