My dad needed a liquid form of medication, which had to be specially prepared. Initially, I took the script to Unichem Pharmacy in Silverdale Mall on the 15th of December and asked them to put it on hold, as we wouldn’t need it until the following week. When I called them on the 24th to request the medication, they informed me that it couldn’t be prepared the same day and wouldn’t be ready until the 26th. Despite explaining that we had run of medication and it’s important for my dad, they refused, citing that the preparation process was too time-consuming. They assured me that the solution was straightforward to prepare and were more than happy to assist. They even offered to communicate with the Silverdale pharmacy if needed. I collected the script from Silverdale and went directly to Unichem Weiti, where they promptly prepared the medication.
