   We went here today to get a tattoo, it was for my mom and it was her first tattoo. We talked to the Japanese guy, I showed him a photo and at first he said it would cost $100, even though it's a bit over priced, we decided to go with it but after a few words he said it will be $120. He then introduced us to David, he designed the tattoo and as we were filling in the details we asked him if we can do it for $100, he smiled and said "Yes of course". First of all, this tattoo is not even worth $100, max $80. When it was done, we gave him $100, his faced changed and he said, we agreed on $120. We told him that he's the one who said "Yes of course" before but now he's not keeping his word but he said he doesn't know what we were talking about. We gave him the extra $20, not going there anymore, these people are greedy and they don't stick to their word.
