   My friend and I both got pierced, she got double lobes on both ears, I got my helix done for the first time. From consultation on the phone with Kath to being in the studio with Jess, the entire interaction was extremely professional, open, receptive and communicative. Jess took into account the anxieties with piercings and needles that we had, as well as general concern and queries. She also provided expertise knowledge about tailoring our piercing (especially mine with a longer healing period) on how to mitigate our daily operations and professional operations that might impact the healing process of our piercings. There was high sense of transparency on cost, quality, materials and expectations throughout and I would highly recommend getting your piercings done here. Definitely coming back as she also talked about other piercings we wanted and planned around that.

   I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Jess. I called her up, totally last minute and asked if she was available for a lower conch. She was, and so I walked in. I showed her what I wanted and she was more than happy to show me pieces that would work. The jewelry is top notch, as I have an issue with lower quality jewelry. She prepped everything, and in less than 5 minutes I got my earring. She went over all aftercare for me, and gave me great recommendations as I’ll be back home overseas. I would highly recommend this place! Very clean inside and has wonderful and knowledgeable people providing excellent service and care.

   BEST piercing studio I have been to! Jess is an amazing piercer, professional, experienced and very thorough. She’s a perfectionist. I’ve had a few piercings from her, my experience is always smooth, safe and pleasant. Kat is also awesome, they have a great team, great facility and beautiful selection of jewellery. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be back.

   Jess has been my go to piercer since I got my first one here in NZ 5 years ago (time flies lol). She is amazing and you won't regret going to her. On top of that I just got my earlobe piercings done by her Apprentice Kat and it was fabulous!!! Kat is super sweet, went through all aftercare and talked me through the process the same way Jess always does. It really makes me super happy every time I go!!

   Jess is absolutely lovely, I’ve had many piercings done and this was by way the best experience I’ve ever had. She is super knowledgeable, takes into account your anatomy and really talks you through all the risks and aftercare of the piercing. I will definitely be back for all my future piercings. (I had a second navel piercing done and a jenstrum piercing)

   Jess is so amazing. She is extremely ethical and talks you through every stage of the process, with your consent and comfort at the centre of her practice.. She has great aesthetic sense and really helps making jewellery decisions, not to mention she stocks an incredible and high quality range. She is also amazing with kids and so we took our son to Jess especially for his very first ear piercing knowing she would make it a really positive start to his body modification journey.
