   I went with a group of friends for piercings and we had Wendy as our piercer. She was super professional and lovely! She allowed all of us to be in the room to watch our friends (there were 5 of us) and she was able to give us lots of advice and share her personal experiences with piercings. We all felt very looked after during our sessions and confident in her amazing skills.

   I've been to adorn a few times now for both myself and a couple of friends and every single time has been a positive experience. My piercing was quick, clean, and even though I had multiple piercings the staff made sure to take the time to give me the run down of after care just to be safe which is great to see. I love when a piercing place take after care so seriously. the staff were also unbelievably kind and accommodating to my friend with a phobia of needles, and went above and beyond to make her comfortable. We had to go back several times and each time there was a different staff member she got the same amazing treatment. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

   Piercing was done professionally, the lady that did mine was lovely - just be careful as they have two options for earrings, I chose the more expensive one and for the downsizing in one months time, you have to buy one again…that was quite misleading and not explained. I was told the long bar is swapped out for a shorter one - that makes more sense otherwise why have a more expensive option???

   This people working here are very approachable, professional, sanitary, informative. I got my rook done with minimal pain and a follow up email with a link to the aftercare, as well as a brochure to take to refer to. Great range of jewellery and a lower budget range suited me perfect. I also was silly with my piercing and went back for help, I wasn't made to feel silly and was helped with the same enthusiasm. Highly recommend as a North Shore option for piercings, will be going back for more
