   First time ever visiting Modify and they were amazing from the beginning of the process to the end. James and Jess were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped foot into the shop. Jess was amazing with my piercings she was very thorough with explaining the process of the piercing and after care. She was super gentle and was great to have a few laughs with. i’m so happy with my piercings and i’ll definitely be back for a few more piercings and tattoos.

   I have had my lobe piercings, a helix piercing, and all of my tattoos done by Jess and James, and every experience has been excellent. They both have such a steady and professional hand, which made the process far less painful than I expected. The studio is clean, welcoming, and well-organised, and I always feel completely at ease during my appointments.    I was recommended this place some time ago by a friend and only managed to get around to visiting back in January. Since then I've been back for multiple piercings and will be going for more plus tattoo work in the future. Jess, James, Tom and the young lady who is apprenticing doing tattoos (sorry I can't remember here name!) are amazing people who give their honest opinion on all body mod ideas and will help bring those ideas to live. Having become a repeat customer I always feel welcomed whenever I enter their place to get more work done :)

   Ordered some pieces of body jewellery online. Was amazed at the thought and care went into the order. Each piece of jewellery individually wrapped with an alcohol wipe for hygiene and some cute stickers to boot! Only thing I would say is that their email stated delivery was done before it had actually been shipped. Caused me a little concern but thankfully I double checked shipping before contacting! Great service all up!
