“Yesterday morning, I was helped by the beautiful Shona @ The Piercing Shop, Kirikiriroa. Shona has pierced me a few times and has always been a gem. Yesterday, she changed my conch jewellery to a longer bar to accomodate for the swelling - this piercing was done at another shop and was killing me! Throughout this process she was calm and communicated every step so I knew what to expect. She also pierced my bellybutton and took the time to line up the angle perfectly. The shop was starting to get busy, but she never rushed and always takes the time to answer my questions, give me thorough aftercare advice and makes sure I am okay after the piercing. Thanks to Shona and the team on yesterday!”

“My cousin was over from Denmark and she wanted to get a special tattoo that represented her kiwi mum who had passed away. Isaac greeted us warmly and was happy to take a walk in appointment, he was good with his communication and explained he was an apprentice. My cousin was very impressed with how professional he was and how he really listened to what she wanted. She was very nervous as the last time she had a tattoo was 15years ago, but he made her feel very comfortable and relaxed. She loved the tattoo so much and was very happy that the next day she went back for another tattoo. We were very impressed with him and will be recommending him to others.”

“Great clean welcoming environment with some of the most talented artists. Nice people, clean bathroom...sadly not wheelchair accessible, enjoy the stairs getting in and out! Parking is a bit tricky but isn't it always these days? My suggestion is have someone drop you off, then pick you up when done! Totally loved my custom ink, would defs come back here! Totally recommend these guys for getting that art done :)”
