Very friendly and helpful staff that go to the extra distance for you. It is a medium to large pharmacy with lots of options for things like vitamins, moisturisers, first aid items and so forth. The pharmacy side can work directly with your doctor or clinic. Scripts can be processed prior to pick up. Thoroughly recommended.

Outstanding Pharmacy By Any & All Measures. I have been using Kelston Pharmacy inside the Kelston Shopping Mall for over 15 years now and there are a few very simple, important reasons Why I have stayed with them for so long and will continue to do so. First of all they are a 7 Day pharmacy, which for myself, it's very important to have that type of flexibility because medical scripts don't always fall on week days between 9-5 and I had been caught out with 5 day chemists in the past. Secondly the Staff are outstanding, always compassionate and friendly, they are now like my extended family, and from the business side of my brain, they are experts in their fields of knowledge and being a rather inquisitive customer who loves science, they have always answered my questions clearly, efficiently and correctly. (I've checked.. ;)) And my last comment would be that whenever I have been in a spot of bother regarding time, health, transport (I suffered a severe car crash) they have always gone that extra mile to help me out and to me thats priceless, and thats Why without any hesitation they deserve the 5 Stars. Thank You to you all at Kelston Pharmacy. Staff incredible, always helpful and shop is well set out and spotless. They are always happy for you to drop your script in and go off and browse the other shops while it's being dispensed, or you can save time and phone ahead and it'll be ready and waiting when you get there.
Absolutely great pharmacy, came to fill a script and the lovely pharmacist was giving me an accurate reading of the use of the script. Noticed staff were cleaning all products in which kept up to the hygiene standards the store has. Thank you, great service. Totally recommend.
Went here today and the ladies working there were really friendly and positive. Even double checked if I would be eligible for subsidised prescription though I knew I wasn't. Quick service too and were happy to answer my questions.
