   Wanted to take a moment to appreciate this small pharmacy in the heart of Whangaparāoa. The staff are friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful with any questions in regards to medications etc They have a nice range of small gifts for family and friends (or to treat yourself). They really are a "family" pharmacy.

   So many times I have taken my script to this Pharmacy. It does not matter where I am at the time but I will always come here. Jeremy is so knowledgable and so helpful. , I feel confident every time I collect a new script and also when continuing with existing medications. I had a concern this morning with some tablets I had that had been increased. I rang to check regarding the side effects that had worried me. He was able to reassure me and he will always be my point of call. I love going in and the staff are so kind and helpful. I know i will always get the best service and care. Thank you so very much.

   My doctor accidentally sent the prescription for my sons hypo-allergenic formula to this chemist, they only gave me two small 400gm tins, I rang to say it didn't seem like much and to ask how much I needed to give him but got no helpful information. I found out they were holding back the rest of the formula. I rang the next day (sat) to say I wanted to pick up the rest as we were going to run out and they said they can't put an order in until Tuesday so it wouldn't be in until Wednesday. So my son is going to run out of formula this weekend and I have nothing to feed him. Really upset they weren't more helpful.

   The Pharmacist at this store is friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. He appears to be empathetic, well informed and concerned for the welfare of clients like me. I have only recently joined his clientele but intend to stay with this pharmacy now. It is conveniently sited next door to the Doctors Practice I attend so that is a bonus.
