Have been ordering through these guys for months now. Easy and fast and if there is any pconcerns they call or email straight away to sort everything out. Always delivered fast and in a nice identifiable box. I have ordered cat food and products and they have always been amazing. Our cats now recognize the box a come running for me to put the box down for them so they too can inspect the contents and play with their new box toy for the month.

Auto delivery with Pets Direct is amazing! The flexibility of being able to include or exclude items from your next delivery and also being able to move your delivery date. I also find that I don’t have to think about running out of food for my pets.

Free delivery over a certain amount, Airpoints and my order was delivered the next day to rural delivery in the North Island. Better pricing than other online competitors. 5 stars from me and a happy lil one-eyed cat!
My order arrive really fast! My cat is loving her new kidney prescription food over the 2 options the vets had (She refused to eat them). A work friend suggested to order from PetDirect so I did!. My cat has been loving The Hills K/D which the vets had the brand but not this specific food. She eats all of it up and leaves nothing behind so I'm really thankful for how quick the food arrived. Very happy 14yo cat and cat mum.
Pet direct are really reasonably priced and super swift when it comes to delivery. Buying through them is much cheaper than the stores and absolutely no effort. The auto delivery service is fantastic so you never miss out on flea and worm treatments. I highly recommend Pet Direct.
