   Please check expiry date if anything you get here. I gave them a prescription and realised when I reach home that my medication had expired 5 months ago. Thoroughly unprofessional

   The man pharmacist told me “Take the repeat medicine now! I don’t want to be involved for it anymore!!” When I took my medical prescription first time to this pharmacy, the man pharmacist was alone but looked busy. He gave me no smile, gazed at me and took my prescription. It was the first time for me to use the medicine with a little tool so I asked about it to him. He explained briefly but I still didn’t get it so asked a bit more. Then, he said “The best is, going back your GP and talk to a nurse!” I knew that but all nurses were busy and not easy to ask something. That’s why I was asking about my medicine to this pharmacist. Sooner or later, he even said “Take the repeat medicine now! I don’t want to be involved for it anymore!!” I felt scared and took the one medicine at that time and left the venue as quickly as I could. I have never had such a scary & uncomfortable feeling at the pharmacy. I will never go back there again. I know what the man pharmacist would say and deny but this is what I experienced and no point to tell a lie.

   I’m from the UK and travelling New Zealand on a working holiday visa. I needed medication that I take regularly at home and came across this pharmacy. So glad I did! The pharmacist was really helpful and even discounted me for the medication as it was so expensive (I had tried at several others before). Thanks again!
