   I really cannot speak highly enough of Ross and his team at Onehunga Family Pharmacy!! They are amazing, treating all their customers with such care and respect that is seldom seen in stores these days. Many years ago along with my three young sons, I walked into Ross's Pharmacy in Onehunga, after a visit to the Docs.... and all these years later, and my young sons now young adults, we all still choose to go to Onehunga Family Pharmacy because they still provide the same top notch assistance and always with a kind word and a smile. I will continue to travel there for as long as Ross is still the owner as it has been a real privilege too have recieved such genuine, top level care, compassion, vast knowledge, and customer service that Ross and his staff have provided consistently over the years and not just to myself and my family but to all their customers. Huge gratitude and my heartfelt thanks to Ross and his wonderful Staff at Onehunga Family Pharmacy......you guys are amazing!!!! Thankyou ❤️

   I went there to get my covid19 vaccine booster shot on Fri afternoon, they were so patient going throught my options with me. Really kind and showed their care to make sure I choose the right option. While I was sitting there for my 15min observation time, I saw other customers came in and I think they know everyone by name. What a great service and you really feel like you are a family to them.
