   Popped in for my flu vaccine at Mangere Pharmacy and had a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff, great service, quick and efficient care. The pharmacist was very careful when administering the vaccine. Highly recommend.

   I topped up in this ATHOP outlet and then payed via pay wave not realising that I blocked my card. While at this Pharmacy, I turned my mobile internet, so I could unblock my card. I just want to ascertain whether the top up went through, as it was this woman islander looking kiwi who completed the transaction when I finally unblocked my card. I politely asked if she could ask the guy whether the top up went through. The woman islander looking kiwi arrogantly answered, NO--you have your receipt. Having the receipt does not necessarily translate into having the top up in my card. As I want to really ascertain if the top up went through, because I do not want to use my car tomorrow, I went outside and logged in to my ATHOP account, and showed the transaction to the woman that there was nothing added to my previous balance. The woman has insisted that the transaction will appear tomorrow once I tag on, which isn't the case, unless the top up is made online. Topping up at the ATHOP machines or at any of it's outlet would automatically allow one to travel and use the card straight away. I had to call CS of ATHOP to fix it for me. No good.

   I approach nice Indian lady behind the counter asking about my prescription whether there was another for the next month and she was unsure so she asked a young Asian girl. As a Polynesian she looked at me looked at the prescription which had a different Pharmacy label and she did a hand signage and the tone of her voice raised, "YOU SHOULD GO TO THAT PHARMACY WE DONT HAVE IT" I was a bit gobsmack cos I felt she judge me as "me not understand" So I politely said in a proper manner . "Well I told Middlemore to send to your Pharmacy" automaticaly her tone and body language change. The moral of this issue "Do not judge the book by it's cover" if the book is torn and needed TLC treated with respect.
