   One of the best pharmacy that I have been to in past 5 years in Auckland. The staff is very professional, friendly and they are very empathetic. They always explain to me how to take the medicine and always give me advice on my prescriptions. It has happened few times that the doctor had prescribed me medicine which wasnt subidised so the pharmacist gave me alternative one that was. This hasnt happened to me at few other pharmacies where I ended up paying for medicine where generic ones were available. They are very courteous. Once they dropped medicine off to my house as the medicine was not available at that time and it had to be reordered and I was unable to pick it up. Thank you for your kind service!

   . (03/2018) This Pharmacy is very well located at one end of White Swan Road and can be easily spotted on the roadside from a moving vehicle in normal traffic. Easily approachable. Well organised and nicely maintained. Comfortable and cozy ambiance. Friendly and cordial service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. There has been times when we couldn't get what we needed and we were well directed by the staff to a location where we could find it. Very handy at times. Card as well as cash payments are accepted. No seating is available for the customers. There is no dedicated parking area available for this pharmacy although ample street parking can be found around the entrance. Entrance is wheelchair accessible. Liked the experience.
