After a bad experience at another kennel (where she returned after 4 nights with bloody stool, coughing, and lethargy), I was very anxious about this stay. They have well-trained staff, experienced dog handlers, and a smooth, well-managed system. During her stay, I could see daily photos of her on Facebook, which was such a comfort! “Very grateful to Creature Comforts for looking after our two doggos for nearly 4 weeks, one of them was recovering from an infected wound on drop off. Unfortunately they’re not too active on social media so we couldn’t stalk our dogs while overseas, but communication from the start was great and they reached out to us when they had concerns and contacted the local vet appropriately. We appreciated how food is included in the lodging and the dogs were washed on pick up. Will definitely use them again in the future”

“Sooty Sue is a smart and very stubborn dog. When she’s in the mood she is co-operative, when she’s not well …… you get the picture. She must always feel co-operative when she’s at Jolly Dogs for a groom! Not sure how they do this, but I’m a-taking it. I know this because her lack of co-operation has left her ears and groin and auxiliary areas clipped and bleeding, but it has NEVER happened a Jolly Dogs. We also like her to have a cut that reflects her dufus nature, and her Jolly Dogs Mohawk is perfect.”
