“Sam and the team are literally the best groomers in town! Not only do they do an excellent job, they give the dogs such care and attention. This company truly loves dogs. My dog was very anxious after having had a bad experience at a previous groomers. Now my dog is anxiety free when she gets groomed. My doggie can even hangout afterwards and play with the other dogs, if I can’t get there in time to pick her up immediately afterwards. Sam’s knowledge of dogs and their wellbeing is vast. Do yourself a favour and give Fur-b-luscious a go. Your dog will love you for it!”

“Urban dogs is a god send. I just recently adopted a 4 month old puppy, live alone and work 12 hour shifts. Urban dogs picks up my girl and drops her off for an extra charge, so I can have the ability to care for a pet without changing my career. They post photos daily so you can see your dog’s day, and they have extra packages for day trips to the farm or pool days. They take extra care observing temperament, behavioural signals, and energy levels to allow for a safe playful environment. Perfect for shift workers, day trips, and those who treat their pet like family. Shout out to Cassidy for making my experience easy and comfortable.”

The staff are so loving and friendly to him and we know he is safe and well cared for. They will always let us know how he’s been and if he has been a bit off. “By far the best Veterinary Hospital I've ever had. The staff are amazing, they are friendly, knowledgeable, even the student that was there at the time with the vet was incredible and so helpful. They were keen to help our dog, to take care of her while she was there and to go above and beyond to make sure she was okay. “We heard about K9 Heaven through the council when we rescued a dog from the Henderson Pound which we ended up taking to K9 Heaven and since then we’ve taken all our dogs there. Doggydan recommended K9 Heaven as well. Our dog Loki that was found on the southern motorway in Auckland at 12 weeks absolutely loved K9 Heaven and so did his companion our little staffi. They are brilliant with the dogs. The staff are wonderful, I know my dogs enjoyed it there because they didn’t want to come back out. I highly recommend anyone to take their dogs to K9 Heaven. I haven’t come across another daycare like it when they get to go on a pack run and play in the mud in the creek and have a shower and come home smelling nice thank you everyone for the brilliant Service .”
