“The most incredible dog groomer I have ever been to and I've had my babies see a few. Honestly this woman clearly loves what she does and treats her furr clients like royalty at a VERY good price. I urge you to try her out ... you won't regret it. All groomers have said my wee dog is overly anxious (which I haven't noticed at home). The most recent groomer said he even pooped during the blow drying and the cut was jagged and aweful. Ultimutt Cutz said he was a dream ... and I'm not joking ... he's the handsomest I've ever seen him.”

When I went to pick my Cairn Terrier, Axel, up again he was hanging out with a black lab and a Westie and he was absolutely fine with them ... it proved to me, for the first time, that my boy can be okay with other dog!. “First time using shadow estate and it had come personally recommended to us. After doing our due diligence and reading the reviews we went ahead. Our girls can be a bit anxious and nervous with new people and places. That wasn’t problem here. Karly clearly understands dogs so well and is lovely to talk too. Upon collecting our girls it was like they hadn’t even stayed away, there dementia was calm and relaxed. Thanks again and we will be back. Highly recommend.”

“If your dog is free of knots and shampooed before grooming appt. The charge is fantastic Ring the groomer to find out. I buy a coffee on my way and there is a chair outside where I may sit and relax. Or I can shop close by for groceries etc.”

I didn't need to be, we went to collect her and she was socializing with the other dogs, walking around happy as. The groomer did an amazing job too. I will fir sure be a repeat customer.”
