“This is a delightful home for your cat's long or short term stay. Ellis and Paul obviously love cats and take great care with nutrition and well-being. The rooms are light and airy and spotlessly clean. The surroundings are calm and restful. My cat stayed for 3 months October 2019 when I moved home. She is a loner, used to hunting on a farm all her life, but she was so relaxed and cuddly when I took her home, I knew she had enjoyed her time with Ellis and Paul. I can't see clearly enough to feel confident in cutting her tiny nails. The ladies scoop her up and are so amazing with her . Lilly would shake a little before getting her nails done but is calm and happy to have them done. She never shakes going to buddies and I think she loves all the attention . “I want to thank the team at Top Dogs Day Stay for the recent grooming they did on Stormy and Benji. It started with a consultation as to what I thought needed doing, and then they gave some ideas and I left them to it. When I picked them up afterwards they looked very smart. Their hair was trimmed to perfection, their ears were nice and clean, and their claws nicely trimmed. They also smelt wonderful. Thanks so much team; you are amazing!!”

“Urban dogs is a god send. I just recently adopted a 4 month old puppy, live alone and work 12 hour shifts. Urban dogs picks up my girl and drops her off for an extra charge, so I can have the ability to care for a pet without changing my career. They post photos daily so you can see your dog’s day, and they have extra packages for day trips to the farm or pool days. They take extra care observing temperament, behavioural signals, and energy levels to allow for a safe playful environment. Perfect for shift workers, day trips, and those who treat their pet like family. Shout out to Cassidy for making my experience easy and comfortable.”

“I can’t recommend Doctor Dr enough! The after-care service is incredible – Paul genuinely goes above and beyond. When I reached out about an issue with my dog, he told me if things didn’t improve over the weekend, he would personally come to my house to check on my dog. I also texted him about plaque concerns on my dog’s teeth and he called me straight away with helpful advice. On top of the amazing service, the food itself is excellent quality and actually more affordable than the big brands – plus it feels great to be supporting a local NZ business. Truly outstanding service and product!”

“By far the best Veterinary Hospital I've ever had. The staff are amazing, they are friendly, knowledgeable, even the student that was there at the time with the vet was incredible and so helpful. They were keen to help our dog, to take care of her while she was there and to go above and beyond to make sure she was okay. “We have used Lil Luka Dog Walks for about a year and a half now and can’t recommend them highly enough for their expertise and friendliness and patience and for your peace of mind. Billy and her team are the utmost professional team of dog walkers. We used Solo Sam for our dog as she is anxious with other dogs and she loved going out on her walks each week, which gave us a break. We also used them for when we went away on holiday as she is a strong dog and our sitters couldn’t have handled walking her, Billy and her team walked her every day, so we could enjoy being away knowing she was getting her excercise. Communication was easy using their app and they provide photos and info about each walk. It’s really worth it. 10/10”

“We heard about K9 Heaven through the council when we rescued a dog from the Henderson Pound which we ended up taking to K9 Heaven and since then we’ve taken all our dogs there. Doggydan recommended K9 Heaven as well. Our dog Loki that was found on the southern motorway in Auckland at 12 weeks absolutely loved K9 Heaven and so did his companion our little staffi. They are brilliant with the dogs. The staff are wonderful, I know my dogs enjoyed it there because they didn’t want to come back out. I highly recommend anyone to take their dogs to K9 Heaven. I haven’t come across another daycare like it when they get to go on a pack run and play in the mud in the creek and have a shower and come home smelling nice thank you everyone for the brilliant Service .”

“The best cattery we’ve found. Ended up using Club Meow over any of the catteries closer to us as it’s the only one our cat is happy at when we come to collect her. Have left our cat here for 3 months at one point and she was so well looked after. Staff are very knowledgeable and get to know your cat and their needs. Couldn’t recommend more!”

“Our dog Daisy doesn’t particularly enjoy being groomed. We’ve tried a lot of places and sometimes the dogs are put into cages either side of their groom. Daisy hates that. But at City Dogs it’s fun! Like doggie crèche. Divided into morning and afternoon sessions, the dogs get to play either side of their groom. Daisy enjoys it so much she is super excited trying to get into the play area. As for the grooming, that’s great too.”
