“I’ve been seeing Dr. Srishti Dawra weekly since early July till yesterday. After I’ve done surgery, I was struggling with my body strength for the whole time. Not just at work also when I carried some light stuff or carry a bag, all of small things make me so tired at that moment until I hurt my leg and hip at the work. And I started to come here to see Dr. Srishti. She is so patient and knows what was happening to my body.I do the exercises she gives to me every time when I see her. Whenever I go back to see her and give her feedback of what my body feels after exercising. She always adjusts the workout again and even suggested the Acupuncture for me to relax and strengthen my body at the same time. It helped me a lot. I also need to thank Dr. Pam. They both are so professional and patient whenever I see them. Especially with the lovely smile it encourages me to not give up on myself. After 4 months of therapy, my body finally feels good again and with more strength, also never been like this flexible!!! I’m so happy and appreciative of I can get back to juggling again with no pain. And even, I couldn’t jump well for a longgggg time. Now I can feel my legs can jump higher. Thank you Dr. Srishti. “I'm half way through a bootcamp at priority fitness and I can honestly say it's one of the best experiences I've ever had with a gym membership. My clothes are fitting better and I have more energy but more importantly, I look forward to my workouts and it has been a great reliever for my migraine and anxiety symptoms. I sleep better, I eat better and I genuinely feel like I will keep going even after 8 weeks. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and no work out is ever the same. She hugely helped me to rebuild my confidence in the gym. She is a real gem for this business. I have also more briefly and recently utilised the services of Harry, Marisa and Blake who have all have shown genuine care, patience and provided a highly quality service all round. “Awesome bouldering gym. Day pass was 23 NZD (about $14 USD only) and I was told I could come for free the next 7 days, too bad it was my last day in Auckland. Excellent vibes, felt super welcome by staff and the people climbing. Lots of fun problems, ratings are in colored ranges. Problems end on the last hold (like in European gyms), shirts off are fine for males (great because it was very hot and I swear a lot), chalk is fine, they said it was actually harder cleaning liquid chalk. They managed to do a lot with the space,. there's even a Yoga room on top, a children's area, and a small fitness box. They have 2 tension boards, campus boards and a lot of boulders. Would def come back here.”

“A big THANK YOU to Dr. San Yeom, I'm deeply grateful for your help. I arrived in Auckland a week ago and had bad food poisoning, and symptoms including severe diarrhea, vomiting and high fever. Just at a crucial time that I needed to settle down here but feeling completely weak & powerless due to the sickness. Dr. San Yeom's 1st acupuncture treatment cured my high fever on the same night. Then by checking on me and knowing my diarrhea situation was still severe, he offered to give me another acupuncture treatment free of charge on a Saturday which is his usual day off. He made all my 14 days' worths of herbal medicine for me to collect on that day and even gave me a lift back to my hotel in his convenience after the treatment. My symptoms have reduced significantly the next day, and I was able to eat simple meals and sleep normally again. His home-made herbal medicine is so effective for my conditions. I really appreciate his help. He's professional, gentle and caring, and has provided me thorough treatments for a newcomer who just landed from AUS. I highly recommend his clinic!”
