“After having two miscarriages just four months apart, I became so desperate and worried that I was running out of time to have a family, because I was already 44 years old. My partner also has a very low sperm count, so we went to an IVF clinic. But they told us that, due to my age, the chances of getting a good number of eggs were very low. I thought I could never have a baby... Then I found the website of Natural Harmony Clinic and read all the reviews, so I contacted them to see if they could give me a chance, or at least help me to prepare before starting IVF. I met Dr. Jenny in September 2024, and I was very impressed with her deep knowledge of fertility and her positive attitude. Dr. Jenny gave me acupuncture and prescribed herbal medicine. After only four or five treatments, and one course of the medicine, I became pregnant! I could not believe it—it felt like a blessing. We were over the moon, but at the same time very afraid of losing the baby again because of the recent miscarriages. Even when I did not see her in the clinic, Dr. Jenny kept checking in with me during the pregnancy to make sure everything was going well. And then, at 45 years old, I gave birth to our baby girl! Only when I held her in my arms did I feel that all my dreams had truly come true. I cannot thank Dr. Jenny enough for helping us make our family with her knowledge, her care, and her encouragement. I would like to recommend her to anyone who feels anxious about age or losing hope.”

She has helped me get to what is at the root of what is bothering me and be more honest about my feelings, whatever they may be, positive or negative. She has done this in a gentle way. I don’t feel judgement emanating from her, but sympathy and empathy. The way she has listened to and been accepting of me has helped me in my relationship with my husband and my daughter as I can more easily recognise, accept and be up front about how I am feeling. I am continuing to learn how to communicate these things with them. She has also helped me recognise when my husband is being loving towards me (or not). Another priceless thing she has encouraged me to do is pursue my interest in creative writing. The benefits to me of continuing with this passion are untold. Creative writing helps me be more assertive and confident about taking up my space in the world. I don’t know if I would be doing it if it wasn’t for my counselling sessions with her.”

He often says he hopes not to see me, as his wish is for all his patients to stay healthy. To help me take better care of my body, he explains the causes of illness and uses images to vividly illustrate the principles behind them. I’m truly grateful to have him as my GP. I also feel sorry for always bringing no less than two issues to each visit, taking up more of his time, but he always patiently explains everything to me. Dr. Fred is a trustworthy and excellent GP.”
