   The reception service needs significant improvement. I found the team unprofessional and disorganised. I’ve been trying to contact them for two days with no response to my calls or emails, and I still haven’t received my X-rays. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident trusting them with my care and would not recommend this clinic.

   Very unprofessional and disorganized. I booked a set time, but they kept calling asking me to come at different times. When I arrived early for my appointment, the dentist was on lunch and the receptionist even called me asking if I was still coming while I was sitting right there. The consultation felt rushed and not worth the $150 I paid. I had to chase them up for my quote, and when they finally sent it, it had errors, my name was spelt wrong and wrong title used. Would not recommend.

   Excellent communication and client care! I called during hours the clinic was closed, they called me back as soon as they opened. I got an appointment promptly. I had cracked a front tooth and was anxious, but was put at ease by the staff who ran through the most cost-effective & long-lasting options for me. The procedure was EXCELLENT. Painless and quick, ensuring my comfort the whole time. The facilities are lovely too with a nice screen playing calming nature shows to focus on. Everything is neat and tidy and comfortable. I’ve had an extraction here before & the staff was on the phone to me after-hours and via txt, just to ensure I was okay: as I was a mother of a baby at the time. I live in a different suburb but happily drive to Papatoetoe Family Dentist for the service and care & compassion shown. I’ve been going here for years and really recommend this business. They are a model example of delivering expert care with genuine compassion and concern for their clientele.

   Dr Renu was fabulous during my dental consultation and made me feel at ease as well as properly informed. The team did a great job at setting me up for a wisdom tooth extraction with clear communication leading up to my appointment and the procedure itself was very quick and painless - definitely handled by experts. After 14 years with the worse ever experience I had with a previous dentist I never wanted to ever go back to any dentist. So happy I found out about Papatoetoe Family Dentist.
