   Haven't been to a dentist is yrs im 56yrs. Had fillings and deep clean. My teeth look awesome now. Super clean. Takanini dental is super efficient, professional and made me feel at ease. Affordable too. My adult daughter is autistic a d she had quite a lot of treatment. Her experience was very calm, very well expland and was told painless. Highly recommend. I live in Thames and worth the 90min drive. Thank you again team. Happy Christmas

   Fast and effective wisdom removal x 2 I was so worried came in nervous as hell but the dentist reassured I would only feel pressure feeling overjoyed the crazy pain they’ve caused me will highly recommend also winz friendly. Adding on to previous review as I’m not able to make another however this time I had 2 fillings and bottom gum treatment wow the difference on my gums looks amazing however I didn’t take a before and after photo but will upload a photo of my gums now

   I have just had a root canal and 3 filling done 2 separate days Dr Hasan Imam is truly amazing I'm terrified of the dentist due to hospital experiences and yet he is very gentle with the injection the dentist and his nurses and the receptionist make you feel extremely comfortable I highly recommended him his prices are fair and it obvious he takes great pride in his work. Thank you all so very much.Everyone I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

   Great communication and great customer service. The dentist was pleasant to deal with. However my filling colour is darker than my the rest of my teeth including previous filling. This makes me a lot more self conscious.

   I have spent most of my life terrified of dentist visits. Takanini Dental Care have stopped the terror. They were calm mild and made me feel relaxed and very cared for during my 3 visit root canal proceedure. The team are awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again and again and again.

   Amazing team at Takanini Dental! I had seen Dr Hassan a few years ago when needing an emergency extraction as my usual dentist was closed over the weekend and the rest is history. My go to for all dental work, affordable and super friendly!! Always treated as a person and not an income stream which is difficult to find these days! Keep being amazing team!

   Visited this place second time and also last time! Both time the owner did my teeth. Being new to the area, I was searching for a new dentist and soon became disappointed with my decision here. Place is very overprice (try to rip me off) and owner is certainly money hungry. First visit was for a deep clean for a top jaw only - $230 for 20 mins work (10 mins xray + paperwork). 5 days after the visit, my gum was still bleeding heavily (literally like a vampire and I tried to avoid smiling at all cost as it scared people off - sounds funny now but it was scary!). Leading to day 6 - 7, it started healing when I was so concerned and was about to arrange a further check up. Almost a year after this experience, I give it another go, hoping it will be a better experience this time. Rang their number, asked for the normal scale + polished without Xray and advised between $160-$180. Total time there was 30 mins: 15 mins work +10 mins wait + 5 mins break. To my surprise, the bill was $200 (owner did not inform me pricing prior the work). When telling them that I am not happy with the price, I was advised it is their normal price. Told them not any other places I have been charged me that much for just the scale and polish (I paid $180 in the CBD, $160 in Mt Wellington incl Xray and exam), the owner then said $200 usually incl the exam too but mine didnt need to and it took longer to clean my teeth ??! At least my gum only bleeding a wee bit now. Thank you and good bye!
