   Hi,Bruce here writing a review through my partners email.I have been dealing with the Auckland Hand Rehab for over one year.I have had both hands operated on in the past year and both were at the top end of unusable for day to day use.My therapist Jennifer went the extra mile and obtained extra physio sessions due to skin grafts and the severity of my situation. I now have both hands that are fully working.These guys\gals work as a team. I have emailed at 2am re a rescheduled appointment and received a personal reply from Anouska 30 minutes later. Jennifer has been a very positive help in my rehab and I can state from day one, I have measured positive increments on my rehab each week. To anyone going through rehab, it doesn’t happen overnight but every week is a % in the right direction. The only minor complaint is that Tereza the receptionist isn’t mentioned on the Team website.She is the front of staff,first contact and like any slick operation is the first person you meet. From my year of dealing with these people they all care about your personal situation and they all work with each other and back each other up.Excuse the pun but you are in very,very good hands and a 5 star review isn’t enough. Thank you all.

   I’ve had an outstanding experience at Auckland Hand Rehab in Rosedale while recovering from a radial head break earlier this year. The level of care here is exceptional. Anouska, Courtney, and Anneke have each played a huge part in my progress, and their expertise and kindness have made a difficult injury so much easier to get through. The combination of physio and acupuncture has been so effective, and every appointment feels thorough, intentional, and personalized. The entire team creates a welcoming environment, and I always leave feeling supported and confident in my recovery plan. I couldn’t be more grateful for the work they do. Highly recommend to anyone needing hand or upper-limb rehabilitation.
