Clinic 1 is exceptional. The space is beautiful and calming, and the team are warm, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable. I have loved all my treatments there. If you want a luxury experience with real results, I can’t recommend Clinic 1 enough.
I’ve had a really good experience each time I’ve visited Clinic 1. The technician who looked after me, Tyler, is incredibly caring and reassuring throughout each procedure, as were the staff I spoke to for my initial consultations prior. Although I didn’t see much change in pigmentation following my first BBL treatment (something somewhat unpredictable and expected given how much sun damage i have!), my skin has been so much calmer and clearer since. I am currently waiting as I heal from any first Moxi + BBL session and am looking forward to being back in future for more treatments :)
So I actually found this place recommended on a Chinese social media app, and that's what brought me in! I got 0.5ml of lip filler done by Tessa, and I'm just so happy. It was my first time ever getting injections, so I was super nervous. But Tessa was amazing. She's so professional, really patient, and you can tell she genuinely cares. She walked me through everything and helped me figure out what is right to get. I was kinda worried it would hurt, but she let the numbing cream sit for a bit longer, and the whole time she was just talking to me, calming me down. It didn't hurt as much as I thought. Now I'm totally in love with my lips! I'm definitely going to post about it on my Chinese socials and tell everyone to come to this clinic. (this clinic is so nice and clean) Everyone was so kind and amazing:)
I love going to Clinic 1. The clinic is beautifully presented with lovely staff. I have recently been seeing Halie for my hair laser removal. Wow, I have been so impressed. Halie is so knowledgeable about all things beauty, and the machine she has been using has given me amazing results. I have been to other clinics that do crazy cheap deals. I'm pushed through in less than 15 minutes and have had weak results. Halie takes time and care using a premium machine and is well worth the investment. I highly recommend.
Best clinic in the country! The technologies they have you won’t find anywhere else. Beautiful team with the best knowledge and customer service. Highly recommended!
when I came for consultation in the very elegant and lovely clinic ,I was shown beautiful brochures that showed good results for removing or at least diminishing sun damage. Three treatments with the very hefty price of 1500 dollars or 500 each for Moxi laser that I was told , would at least help with the fading of the sun spots. After two treatment , when I saw no result, I have told the technician that I am disappointed and I cant see any change . My third treatment was BBL that was offered by the owner as it is very advanced and was told by the technician that it is the ultimate in sun damage and it should increase the fading of the age or sun damage. Sadly, there was no change at all and 1500 dollars later I turned to the owner and explained that I am very disappointed. I asked for possible partial refund or another treatment. Her response was rude and unprofessional and did not deal with the issue I turned to her about. I was accused of being late to all the appointments ( I was late once but called and told the technician I am on my way} of insulting the technician because I told her that she lost so much weight, and on top of it all , I was told "that at my age I shouldn't expect to look 20 years younger"..... ! As a bonus , I was told I am not welcomed again to this clinic.... Great customer service is paramount for a successful business and thus so many of them disappear as they appear. There are more effective and tactful ways of resolving issues than attacking and ridicule a client. I have never dealt with an owner as obnoxious , rude and insulting as this one.
The best of the best by far! I can not put into words how happy I am from the treatments I have received at Clinic 1 by the friendly team who really do know their stuff. Clinic 1 has changed my life with BBL & Moxi and recent injectables. They really are the best! I would give more stars if I could! Thank you so much!
I have been a regular at Clinic 1 for over a year now and I am so happy with my skin texture and appearance, especially after the Moxi and BBL treatments. The improvement is out the gate! I can vouch for Tessa - fabulous experienced injector, quick and painless and has a really good eye for what needs doing for a lovely natural look. After 15 years (or more) of treatments with other clinics, Clinic 1 I have found to be my best! Choco is a favourite too!
