“Nice sushi experience in Maki Mono, even thought is a chain store, their quality is pretty good tho. Shop: clear & tidy, plenty of chairs n seats Staff: nice. ( not much conversation between us in this shopping experience) Food: more than I expected. Although this is the standard sushi place( not the authentic sashimi n sushi place ), their food quality is pretty good tho. I had salmon & chicken rolls , salmon go with avocado , chicken go with vege. The taste is fresh n tasty. strong favorite with teriyaki chicken. salmon n avocado both fresh. Good selection of sushi for health Conscious pll( provides brown rice ) and kids pack ( very cute Panda rice balls ) The only one thing I have concern is they not provide water, usually most of the shop will provide jar of water at the side. Price: reasonable Since it just next to Countdown, underground car park is provided.”

“Apart from the Kai being a bit on the warm side, I have to admit it's none the less than expected at a food hall. All the food places at Glenfield have the same problem less LJ's which deep fry on the spot. Seriously though get some mayo in the rice and 3 choice of meats, and you're sorted, I loved it, though it was a nice change from all the other food joints there. Will definitely stop again such a cool wee lunch. 1 star bandits especially those with only 1 or 2 reviews, need to chill out and stop being so psyco just because you can from behind a keyboard, 1 star is for extremely poor, very very bad, this place, is not that. Thanks Katsubi Glenfield see you again next week, glad I stopped in for a change after all these years going to that food hall.”

“It can be busy, but if you catch it during a lull it’s a decent pitstop for a snack, been a few times and the dining area’s always clean which is the first thing we always check for when eating out. Had a slight issue with one piece of our sushi, Jennifer was very apologetic and quick to offer a replacement - so nice to see businesses (people) still making an effort to rectify issues quickly & with care, thank you Jennifer!”

“This is the nicest St Pierre’s Sushi spot... it has many many options of every sushi you can imagine and the deals are nice also... well tasted sushi and always fresh... I keep going there especially the weekends for shopping and I always go there for a quick bite before dinner... staff is always kind and quick, so I never had a bad experience from my food there... definitely the best sushi place takeaway in the area for me...”

“Always satisfied coming to Katsubi, friendly staff even when they are busy and what i appreciate the most is they pack the bowls with meat. Cant appreciate it enough. I was also 20c short for my drink and was happy to pay on card but they were nice enough to not worry about it. Totally addicted to how yummy katsubi is!”

“KATSUBI is always well liked by many customers in the mall. during peak hours there is always a line of customers waiting to enjoy their own bowl of rice, salad and chicken of their choice. The service does go by quickly as their staff are all so friendly and well trained and rarely messes up any orders. Although the mini bowl does look quite small but trust me, it will stuff you up for hours as $16 is quite a good set price. The managers are always sweet and hard working, always greeting you with a huge smile on your face as if they've known you throughout your whole life, even offering you free samples and taking the time to explain ever detail and answering various questions! Many different food choices are offered like Bowls, Ramen, Udon, or even the tray of snacks. Would highly recommend to anyone as it is the best food shop in Albany Westfield Mall ! A+”
