Went in this afternoon to get some sushi and eat it there, the lady when trying to pay for my sushi was extremely rude and kind of just ignored me I thought as if she hadn’t seen me so I politely asked if I May just pay for the one packet of sushi to which she grunted and pointed at the screen to pay never once acknowledging I was even there in the first place, so that was rude and I thought maybe there had just been a miscommunication but as I went to leave I went to pay for another pack of sushi to take home with me to which I left feeling really upset the girl was for a second time even ruder ignoring me again and then giving me this evil glare as if I was an inconvenience to her by just being there, look I’m not one to write bad reviews but I come here once a month to meet my mumma for a quick bite never had a problem but today it left me not wanting to come back here again, working in customer service I think it’s important for people to understand how their moods and attitudes impacts others and their days.

Easy and quick to buy. I don’t know how the attention is in the place because I bought to go but the flavour was good

Awful experience... I bought the salmon avocado sushi, the salmon looked pale and in grey color and avocado turned dark (picture of the open box). I talked to the staff if they can change a fresh one for me, the manager said it's just different color of the fish, nothing about freshness. However, it tasted like aged fish and should not be served as raw fish. When I finished my meal and walked out, I saw the staff putting up new salmon sushi which showed much better in color and quality(picture of the new box). I talked to the manager again. The Chinese lady manager insisted that the fish is fresh regardless how it looks like and started blaming on me that I am stating their fish is not fresh. Seems like I'm the one should be punished because I went to the wrong place. Poor service, poor communication, poor quality control. The manager is not responsible to the quality at all.

Decent for the price. For 7.99, you get 8pcs of sushi, good amount of wasabi, sushi sauce and a side of ginger as a palate cleanser. I prefer the crab nugget over the tuna mayo on this half and half selection. I'll definitely comeback to try the other dishes.

Food is fresh, staff are courteous. However Sushi Value of the Day price is now $8, Poster says (Value Sushi) Smoked Salmon and Avocado on Fridays but they only sell Teriyaki Salmon and Avocado on shelf.

The older lady working was yelling at the younger employee at this place last Saturday. You shouldn't do that in front of the customers or at all for that fact. There were a few people dining in and I was trying to purchase food. Should not treat your employees this way. It damages the reputation of your brand. It was quiet unpleasant.

Simple, basic sushi and katsu readily available. Nothing fancy, just a quick bite on the go. Rice was good and chicken tasty.

Seriously, already known their sushi is not that nice from South Island Queenstown, thought of giving a try and not deny them all. Do they just make with white rice sushi? No taste at all.

Standard St Pierre's sushi - the decor is kind of grubby - aging furniture, stucko walls and storage boxes upstairs. The sushi is fresh enough. You get a mix of local workers and loud tourists.
