I had Kimchi pork tonkotsu ramen for $20. Hardly any pork. Half an egg. Some kimchi. Just instant ramen with a tonne of raw sprouts. Not Japanese food at all. Soup base is pretty much instant noodle stuff. Pretty bad..
Terrible service. Lady serving was not nice at all. Not going back to Katsubi Northwest. Buns and rolls across had better service.
The woman running the counter seemed angry, was short and snappy with one word remarks, angrily demanding what I wanted, and then flicking my bowl across the counter and walking away. Because of this service, I won't be back.
Always satisfied coming to Katsubi, friendly staff even when they are busy and what i appreciate the most is they pack the bowls with meat. Cant appreciate it enough. I was also 20c short for my drink and was happy to pay on card but they were nice enough to not worry about it. Totally addicted to how yummy katsubi is!
Ordered Donkatsu ramen. Topping veges and meats were fresh.
This franchise used to be really good now they have changed what yr allowed and put the prices up so much. Infact it's so expensive it's just not worth it . I would actually like then to justify the outrageous price increase .
Great place for a well filling lunch, only downside is you have to eatbthrough the meat to get to the vegetables at the bottom, but it doesn't really matter as it is all so good anyhow
If I could, I'd rate this a 0 star. I ordered the tempura udon and the foods that were covered in tempura feel off and the tempura on it tasted mushy. The lady was really busy on her phone and not really serving customers. COSTED $17.5! And I my stomach hurts..
To call this Japanese food is a misnomer. It's bland overcooked and tasteless. There is no pleasure to be found in eating this. I certainly don't recommend it to anyone.
