   Worse customer service in Auckland everytime I go in there which is quite frequently they are rolling their eyes or rudely speaking to me when asking to order something, you get paid to be there maybe act abit more enthusiastic and welcoming. There’s only 2 members of staff who do this repetitively and I thought it was just a one time thing but it continues to happen, such rude staff horrible customer sevice

   St Pierre's is my fav sushi joint in nz. They're everywhere and you always know the standard of food you're getting is good. Unfortunately prices have gone up significantly over the years, but everything has. Gets very busy around lunch time

   I work on Ponsonby Road, so I grab lunch at St Pierre’s at least once every week. It wasn’t my first time noticing this, but it was 100% the last time. It happens often when I’m waiting for my Chicken Katsu order to be made and someone pays with cash. The same employee behind the buffet serving the food is the one taking the payment, and they don’t wash their hands before going back to food prep after touching money. Today I asked to speak with the store manager, and, to my surprise, I was pointed to the person right next to that employee. Her response was, “Thanks for letting us know,” which was hilarious; you were right there and already aware of the malpractice. The cherry on top was the manager giggling behind my back as I was leaving the store. I guess basic hygiene is too much to ask at this place.

   The service and staff here is literally appalling - coming from a student. The staff pay you absolutely no regard I was waiting at the counter patiently there were no other customers in the store at all and staff still ignored me for minutes until finally one came didnt look at me or speak to me as she looked at my food and input to the eftpos machine, said nothing as I said thank you couldnt even spare me a glance just walked off. Its genuinely disgusting the staff here clearly don’t know how to treat their customers I was the only one in the store yet ive seen hungover 18 year olds at packed busy restaurants in that serve better than them.

   10am. Asked for tables and chairs to be cleaned. So dirty. Begrudgingly came wiped chairs first then table tops, leaned food scraps straight onto the floor. Disgusting.

   The service is pretty appalling. No greetings, no smiles which would be fine if the food was good but the sushi is basic. The terriyaki chicken is dry and tastes more like tuna than terriyaki. If you enjoy quality sushi, avoid this place- I've had better sushi at a mall.
