The Miso Vege Soup was amazing and delicious. Although the taste was really good but have limited options for vegetarians. I will try their other options too next time I am around St Luke’s.
Huge shoutout to Alex at Katsubi Westfield St Lukes! His customer service was exceptional. He greeted us with a smile, served us with real enthusiasm, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and genuine. Thank you, Alex you made our day!
Normally me and my partner don’t have any issues here, but we went there at 9:15am, rang the bell 3 times and could see the worker clearly through the gap just working. She was purposely keeping her head down and looking away. She came out to the front quickly, which then my partner tried to chase her to talk to her, but she immediately turned around and went back. There’s no sign to say they weren’t open yet, so why you ignoring us? Never been treated like this before, so we walked away and ordered food from somewhere else.
I didn't have very high expectations heading in here - but it was a pretty good lunch I had at Katsubi St Lukes. Decent portion - was definitely full afterwards. Chicken was crispy, saucy and well cooked. Mayonnaise wasn't the greatest - tasted weirdly sweet so will get a different sauce next time. Mesclun was a little bit sad and wilted but overall the bowl was tasty and filling. Service was good. Of course it's a mall food court so not going to be the best atmosphere to eat in but yeah still really good.
Rude as hell worker served the person behind me before me, even though I was waiting for a long time. Unacceptable behaviour. Made me walk away without getting anything. Was working at 7.10pm, young Asian boy
had something like this (see picture) this afternoon for snack, all flours with a very tiny shrimp in the middle for $8.5 , no crispy no tasty no warm, i only had 2 bits and throwed to the bin, rubbish.
decided had a review since the portion gave to us was larger than the northwest mall branch, saw some reviews that portion is less, i guess we were lucky then. The one star missing is they should had more choices of the dishes.
Third review: Changing from 4 stars to 1 star to 3 stars. The chicken taste better than before and they cut it into pieces so they can fit more. However, the price has been increased once again to $12.50 for mini bowl (It was $8.50 long time ago, then went up to $11.50, and now it's $12.50) Second review: Changing from 4 stars to 1 star because the amount of main dish has been decreased and price has increased. I usually order a mini bowl filled with rice and chicken katsu. Previously, the staff would fill the mini bowl with lots of chicken katsu until the closing lid is hard to put on. But now just recently, I was only given two piece of chicken katsu and it was a big difference in terms of amount. Taking account the size, there was still some space left to put more. On top of that, the price went up from $8.50 to $11.50 which is a big increase. I like the food, but I hate these changes. First review: A decent restaurant to grab lunch, a little bit too pricey though but I would often enjoy the food here.
