Fran and Louise on the desk are lovely to deal with and all are very accommodating to anxiety issues and go the extra mile for you. I would recommend Dr de Silva to anyone with endo he is the best. βWhen my sister went for her gastronomy procedure and left to wait until it was time to go In, a couple of the nurses were great, the Indian nurses were not. But when the procedure was finished and she went into the recovery ward the nurses were absolutely terrific. You can tell they care sincerely about their job and every patient they attend to. They're attentive, have wonderful listening skills and each do their jobs very well. Opposed to Ormiston hospital in Flat Bush where the Colonoscopy and Gastronomy are done who are fake. I do not recommend that hospital. The SuperClinic in Manakau are 100 times better. Especially when a patient has a procedure or an operation needs doing. Highly recommend! Not only that, but when we arrived we were appointed Dentist Rehutai, who recognised that we spoke Te Reo MΔori and adapted to speak to my children and I in Te Reo. It was a truly calming and inviting experience. Our whΔnau feel very fortunate to have our local children's dentist acknowledge our tuakiritanga and also it left us feeling empowered and inspired by our wΔhine MΔori who are healthcare providers as they create a space that is safe for us to be MΔori and that our needs are met. βNothing but positive reviews for the Doctor at Kroad Medical Centre. All in all, she is SOLO so she does it all on her own. Patient's need to give her empathy. Today, I really needed to see a Doctor. I called 3 Different Doctors, DR Chand was able to see me the same day. Yes it was a bit of a wait, however I didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get better. Dr was very understanding, provided professional advice and I received the care I needed. Again, some people need a bit of empathy for the Doctors when medical is a very long wait these days.β

βDr Esther Loh did a fantastic job of looking after my rather nervous and sick 3 year old at the viral clinic. I definitely recommend her. My child is recovering well post her care. I also highly recommended Dr Longworth for children. We have seen him at his previous clinic and followed to Silverdale Medical due to outstanding care. The receptionists were friendly and booking an appointment was far more pleasant than other clinics. The nurse who called to triage my daughter and decide how urgent she was and how soon a booking was to be made, was also wonderful. Overall a very great experience.β
