“I used to take my cat to Vetcare on Great North Road. I was pleased to find that when that business closed, all my pet's records had been transferred to Auckland Pet Hospital. Recently, my elderly cat's health failed. The staff were super efficient, highly professional, and kind and caring as my cat had reached the point where his life was ending. I am very grateful for the empathy given to me as I shared the last minutes with my cat, which had been my constant companion for so many years. Lots of thanks to Auckland Pet Hospital.”

The nurses also were so lovely and caring and gave him a head and ear massage which he absolutely loved and it made me feel so happy that he was so well looked after and spoilt. “I love getting a reminder via email and text that my fur baby is due for his yearly vaccines! Booking an appointment online is super easy, done in 1 minute tops. Once I got in the lovely ladies greeted me and I was seen very quickly. They listened to the concern I had with a bump on Alfies skin and took a look at it for me and gave me advice. Did the vaccine and I was good to go. My dog was very at ease in the patient room. Kumeu isn't local for us, but it is worth the drive for this kind of care.”
