This dental clinic is very professional and helpful in the way that they get back to you within the same day for an assessment through pictures. They are also very accommodating with appointment dates! Highly recommended.

I received a call from a female staff member at the Birkenhead branch regarding my children's dental check-ups. She suggested that I should book the appointments, rather than her calling to arrange them. When I asked if I should schedule these appointments regularly, she informed me that I should book them yearly until my children turn 18. No one had previously advised me that children should have dental check-ups annually, so I am uncertain if this is accurate. I have taken my children to the Glenfield Intermediate branch at least twice before, and those appointments were arranged smoothly. I prefer to schedule appointments after school hours, but she insisted on booking during school hours without explaining why. When I asked for the branch's address, she declined to provide it, stating that I had been there before. I replied that I did not remember going there. She mentioned that they are located behind the Highbury Mall and assured me that I would receive a text message confirming the appointment. I requested the address in the confirmation message, but she said no, reiterating that I had been there before. I stated that I do not remember. A few days later, I still had not received the message, so I called again to ask for the address and confirmation. During this call, she informed me that I would receive a text message five days before the appointment, but she did not mention that I would receive it five days prior to my second call. In fact, my second call occurred exactly five days before the appointment. When I asked for the address again, she told me I had been there before. I reminded her that I had already said I didn’t remember, and she then claimed that I had visited four years ago. It seems she is unwilling to provide the address regardless of my requests.
