“Just been to Lumino The Dentists in Pukekohe for my first ever filling at 38 years old. Until I was 27 I saw a dentist at least once a year. Then I had kids and doing things like the dentist dropped off the list of things to do. If I had continued to see a dentist regularly, I likely would not need this filling, so back to annual dentist visits and biannual visits with the hygienist. However, the positive today is I had an absolute amazing experience with Gurleen and Shirley. They were knowledgeable, kind, kept me informed of what was happening, plus I got a forehead massage and absolutely no pain during the procedure. While the wonderful Gail kept an eye out on my kids as they watched a movie. When I heard my youngest cry, Shirley dashed out to check on her and kept me updated on the kids. Plus hygienist Stephanine was amazing earlier this month too. So this is your reminder to a) priorities yourself you are important and/or b) book your dentist appointment as your regular health care. Dentist are not just for emergency care. Which means I highly recommend Lumino the Dentist in Pukekohe!”

“This is my favourite clinic, not as busy as the main centre in Silverdale. Last year my long serving GP Rebekah Thompson has left. So greatful for her exceptional care, but her replacement Paul Kim is proving to be equally capable. Finally about the comments made about the receptionist: I did not find her " unfriendly". “Nothing but positive reviews for the Doctor at Kroad Medical Centre. All in all, she is SOLO so she does it all on her own. Patient's need to give her empathy. Today, I really needed to see a Doctor. I called 3 Different Doctors, DR Chand was able to see me the same day. Yes it was a bit of a wait, however I didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get better. Dr was very understanding, provided professional advice and I received the care I needed. Again, some people need a bit of empathy for the Doctors when medical is a very long wait these days.”

“Dr Esther Loh did a fantastic job of looking after my rather nervous and sick 3 year old at the viral clinic. I definitely recommend her. My child is recovering well post her care. I also highly recommended Dr Longworth for children. We have seen him at his previous clinic and followed to Silverdale Medical due to outstanding care. The receptionists were friendly and booking an appointment was far more pleasant than other clinics. The nurse who called to triage my daughter and decide how urgent she was and how soon a booking was to be made, was also wonderful. Overall a very great experience.”
