“The staff here are incredible, super respectful, helpful and quick to get things sorted. I’ve had contact with a few staff members when coming in to collect items or when browsing, and have been impressed by their friendliness every single time. More recently, I had purchased an office chair which had a few pieces missing. I went in store on Tuesday afternoon to see what the following steps would be, and was happy to hear that the missing pieces could be shipped out within three days max! However that afternoon, I was contacted by Peter, whom clarified the exact pieces I needed and hand delivered them to my house the very next day, less than 24 hours after raising the issue! I am genuinely beyond happy with the service I received and couldn’t be more impressed with the staff at Target Furniture Wairau!”

Honestly, floor beds work much better than the crib if you want to get some sleep in their younger ages when they just need you around. “This furniture shop has a great range of quality furniture for every room in one's home plus some for outdoors. They can be somewhat expensive but their quality I believe does match these prices. The timber used is top class mostly imported but local as well especially Rimu. The mechanisms on all their furniture is also great quality and generally has very good warranties plus they do have good back up service for any repair requirements when the items get older.”

“I recently visited to purchase new furniture, and Elaine was incredibly diligent in explaining everything and responding promptly to my email enquirers. She is truly a professional. Additionally, the delivery team was very impressive. It was the first time in New Zealand that I had delivery staff take off their shoes before entering my home. While some staff would comply if asked, most do not. I greatly appreciated this gesture, as I am someone who is extremely particular about keeping my carpet clean. Although I still have to wait a few months for one of my couches to be delivered, the sealy mattress and stressless recliner sofas are extremely comfortable and beautiful.”
