   I visited Furniture Now in Botany and was warmly welcomed by Selvina. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I was looking for two beds, and even though we’re not planning to purchase immediately, she still took the time to explain everything in great detail and made sure my family and I felt at home. Really appreciated the genuine service — it felt like talking to a friend. Highly recommend!

   Very bad cutomer service. Sale person won't tell you whole truth before buying the furniture and later if you will follow up then they will not support the customer. Very rude and harsh and money minded company... not recommended to any one.

   I purchased a range of items to qualify for a free delivery. I took time to ensure they were all in stock. While my mattresses & other items arrived, I was missing 8 pillow protectors. I called Jory Henley to let them know. It's been 5 weeks since, and I haven't received the pillow protectors nor any communication back about the missing items. Today I asked for a refund and the cost of delivery was added back on to what I was owed for the remaining items.

   bought 2 standing desks and very happy with the quality of the desks. Easy to assemble too. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a sit-stand desks. delivery was a little slow but Coco managed to follow it up from their warehouse and got it delivered. Great customer service too
