Such a fab place to go even if it's just to look at their wonderful furniture and accessories. I always find things that I just can't leave behind. They are always so helpful and accomodating.
Leanne was very good to deal with! She was fast to reply to my emails and sent us photos to help us pick the best side tables to match the headboard we wanted as we live afar. Shipping was ultra fast and delivered the next day via mainfreight.
Have visited Homeabout a handful of times over the span of a month and purchased more than a dozen items for my home including complete dining and bedroom set. The service is wonderful and the owners try to assist and accommodate to help with what you’re looking for. I am thrilled with the pieces I bought and the seamless delivery. Items were opened and checked for any damage upon delivery before couriers left. For beautiful and unique pieces this is one of the best hidden gems in Auckland!!

Purchased the Luberon TV cabinet and was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service. I was given so much help and found everyone so obliging and frienly. The furniture is beautiful and well made. Very impressed. I have since purchased a tallboy and two tables and a bedside. I have found the staff very helpful and friendly and the products and beautiful and well made. I highly recommend.
Very poor service! I'd recommend to buy elsewhere. I purchased a side table for $250 + freight which arrived with the leg smashed. i wasnt able to check the table at time of delivery but noticed the damage when unpacking a few days later. Mike has refused to provide any refund or replacement for the damage, constantly deferring to their freight company, even though i paid homeabout directly for the freight to be organised. Im left with a broken cabinet i cant use and money gone from my account. Very disappointed and wont be purchasing from these guys again. Rip off.
