We didn’t intend to buy a corner sofa that day, but due to the ‘5 star’ customer service from Neil we went ahead and ordered one in our colour choice. From the moment we stepped through the door to leaving was exceptional. Neil was highly knowledgeable, warm, professional and a top guy! Binesh was extremely helpful when we visited the furniture city showroom. We were really confused and had no idea about which fabric to choose but he gave us lots of information about fabrics and grabbed the large swatches to show us which really helped! Thank you so much for all your help.
After one year of Sofa searching we found the perfect Sofa at the right price! We were able to customise it free of charge. They have a huge range of different fabric samples that you can choose from. I would definitely recommend Furniture city. Great value for money and I reckon it looks just as good as the NZ made ones in Harvey Norman or Hunters Furniture
