Sitting outside in the sun and enjoying their delicious all-day breakfast and great coffee was the highlight of my day.”

“The coffee was amazing, very nutty and chocolatey. The food is also great, the hamburger uses chicken thigh which makes it very juicy and delicious. The fries are also great, very crunchy! The baked Spanish eggs is very flavourful and savoury, a very heart warming dish indeed, great if you’re looking for something that’s soothing and hot✨✨”

“I’ve tried their halo-halo, siomai and milk tea. I really like their siomai especially the fried garlic, it gives it a good touch. Their halo-halo is good but the amount of the red bean they add to it is very overwhelming, even when mixed. The milk tea is nice and smooth. One of the best pearls I ever had! It’s cooked just right, not too firm not too soft. I recommend this place :)”

“Friendly, delicious and gorgeous food and drinks, and fantastic coffee-- we loved it so much we went back every morning during our stay in Auckland. We tried a ton of different things are they were all amazing: hallloumi, chorizo hash, hotcakes, apple crumble, lemon bar. And the coffee drinks can compete with some of the best back in Seattle-- we loved the flat white and tall black, the latte, and the hot chocolate and vanilla fluffy were hits with the kids.”

“This was our first stop after landing in New Zealand, and it set a great tone for the trip. The space has a relaxed, stylish atmosphere, filled with greenery—including an impressive tree right in the center—that makes it feel warm and inviting. We ordered the pork banh mi and a cà phê sữa đá. The banh mi stood out for its flavorful pâté and excellent house chili, both of which added real depth to the sandwich. The coffee was brewed with a traditional phin filter, which I appreciated, though the overall flavor didn’t quite come together for me. Even so, the visit was a memorable and enjoyable introduction to New Zealand’s food scene.”

The main menu had so many good choices - and the food was simply divine. Cabinet food also look so delicious. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and warm. A delicious breakfast out.”

“Lovely cafe in Takanini. Awesome service, right from the get go & it continued until we left. So much to choose from, but of course I had to give the classic eggs benny a go, it def didn’t end up classic at all! Perfectly poached eggs on a herb hash brown, delicious sauces. Highly recommended! Perfect mocha & banana loaf to end our celebratory meal. Would def go back to try the rest of the menu. Check this lovely eatery out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Got the Beam Chicken Benedict. It was a great portion size (not too much, not too little)! The chicken was tender and moist, eggs poached perfectly and the spring onion pancake was a tasty refreshing twist on the typical eggs benny! Coffee was great too. “Father’s Day 2025 celebration was had here, the place was bustling with diners enjoying themselves with food and drinks served by wonderful wait staff, prices are reasonable and quantity is satisfying as is the presentation and taste. Came here for my partners birthday at lunch time very quiet and Food was delicious had kufta and lamb kebab with bread and wow the garlic sauce that came with the kebab was amazing never had anything like it! Bread was great meat was so succulent. The kufta sauce was delicious and the meatballs were succulent and I wish I could have eaten it all but I was so full! Thank you for this amazing food”
