“Had the wonton soup and noodles. Wontons were made from decent sized prawns and lean pork meat with hardly any fatty bits that you see in some other places. Owners are so friendly and genuine. You can see many regulars popping in and being cheerfully greeted. While I didn't eat the sandwiches, I will next time round as they looked substantial with a ton of filling and well priced, too. Will definitely return.”

“Nice unassuming cafe in the middle of Manurewa. Friendly staff, coffee was good, had eggs bene which was good. Tidy and a good feel. Counter food and standard menu items available. Playing the Breeze which is nice soft background music. Overall they've got it right in my opinion. Would recommend, and happily return”

“The best family friendly Cafe. An amazing kids menu with options for every one, colouring for entertainment to keep them happy while they wait. The main menu had so many good choices - and the food was simply divine. Cabinet food also look so delicious. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and warm. A delicious breakfast out.”

“Got the Beam Chicken Benedict. It was a great portion size (not too much, not too little)! The chicken was tender and moist, eggs poached perfectly and the spring onion pancake was a tasty refreshing twist on the typical eggs benny! Coffee was great too. Service was warm, friendly, inviting and prompt. Highly recommend!”

A very multicultural place and very delicious variety of food by the best of Albeta & Emeline-Emiley's with their well trained sociable friendly hospitable staff, that provides and managed all their customers equally with great satisfaction. Very highly Recommended, Test it yourself. They say Doubting Thomas was only believed when he sees it. “Father’s Day 2025 celebration was had here, the place was bustling with diners enjoying themselves with food and drinks served by wonderful wait staff, prices are reasonable and quantity is satisfying as is the presentation and taste. Came here for my partners birthday at lunch time very quiet and Food was delicious had kufta and lamb kebab with bread and wow the garlic sauce that came with the kebab was amazing never had anything like it! Bread was great meat was so succulent. The kufta sauce was delicious and the meatballs were succulent and I wish I could have eaten it all but I was so full! Thank you for this amazing food”

“This was our first stop after landing in New Zealand, and it set a great tone for the trip. The space has a relaxed, stylish atmosphere, filled with greenery—including an impressive tree right in the center—that makes it feel warm and inviting. We ordered the pork banh mi and a cà phê sữa đá. The banh mi stood out for its flavorful pâté and excellent house chili, both of which added real depth to the sandwich. The coffee was brewed with a traditional phin filter, which I appreciated, though the overall flavor didn’t quite come together for me. Even so, the visit was a memorable and enjoyable introduction to New Zealand’s food scene.”

So much to choose from, but of course I had to give the classic eggs benny a go, it def didn’t end up classic at all! Perfectly poached eggs on a herb hash brown, delicious sauces. Highly recommended! Perfect mocha & banana loaf to end our celebratory meal. Would def go back to try the rest of the menu. Check this lovely eatery out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.”

“stopped in for dinner on our way home from watching the ALL BLACKS and i must say the owners are absolutely beautiful people, food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was so peaceful and friendly i would highly recommend the food was delicious and will definitely be back. this place is a must especially if you get into photography aswell the owners both have some awsome photography work on display on the walls and in a few published books our whanau throughly enjoyed it ❤️”
