   BEST SCONES EVER! Am staying in Orewa for a month and this is my local for that time. Very nice coffee and oh my god the date scones are delicious, light, fluffy, crunchy with some whipped butter infused with raspberry jam to spread on top, DELICIOUS! The owners are very friendly with quick service. This cafe is tucked away down a side street so nice and quiet away from the busy main street. Highly recommend

   We drove from Paihia to this Cafe on our way home. After checking out “reviews” we gave this cafe a shot. The coffee was great. Bold and strong. Just like we hoped for. Ambience could be better but not too comfortable. Food was pricey and nothing spectacular. For the serving size it’s not worth the price. If you’re looking for a place just for a cup of coffee this will do but if you’re wanting a feed check out somewhere else. The food cabinet was almost empty when we got there at 12 noon so nothing to choose from but the menu. For almost $60 we could have had better options somewhere else.

   Lovely staff who came and turned the outdoor heater on beside me. He also checked how everything was halfway through the meal. The coffee was beautiful. I had eggs benny with avocado and haloumi and I would definitely have it again! Beautiful presentation and delicious. Will definitely be back!

   Food was delicious, and beautifully presented! Good portions too. Only detraction was that it wasn't hot when it came out, would've been a 5 star otherwise. The coffee however was 10/10, probably the best Latte I've had in a while

   Just delicious. Everything was meticulously prepared as you can see from the beautiful presentation, but more importantly it was scrumptious. So lucky to have Puff Cafe so close to where I live!

   Not suitable for vegans. Paid $27 for 3 slices of thin toast, a little bit of avo and what can only be described as jam, what was meant to beetroot hummus. Also asked for some Lemon and another slice of toast and it never arrived. I’m sure it’s a great cafe if you eat animals. They also have lots of gluten free cakes that we did not try as were plant based.

   I almost never write reviews but this cafe was AMAZING. The mango milkshake was so delicious. Had the eggs Benny and the amount of attention to detail was unlike places I’ve been before. Highly recommended.

   Perfect cafe for brunch in Orewa. We ordered the "big boy" big breakfast and the avo and halloumi eggs bene. The barista is excellent and they use supreme coffee which is always nice. Absolutely loved everything 10/10
