All this on a stinking hot day, while being lovely to our two preschoolers. While I did not find what I was lookibg for (the product is long discontinued) the staff was very helpfull in going through the products in an attempt to find a suitable alternative. “I went in during a super busy Saturday to purchase some new running shoes, but I wanted to get measured and check my gait. Despite the store being full of people, I was extremely impressed with the service. The guy who helped me was about to tidy up shoes but saw me waiting and helped me. He was efficient, explained everything clearly and gave me two pairs of shoes to try on that were within the budget I had. I'm very happy with my new running shoes and wouldn't hesitate to return based on the service I received.”

“This is the best store if you want knowledgeable advice and great customer service. I first came here about 8 months ago and I was lucky to meet Marco there who spent a considerable amount of time with me, listening and giving me advice. The shoes I bought there are still my favourite and I keep coming back here for more. I honestly think that the experience helped me to become a successful runner. The store can get busy but it is because they truly care about the customers and won't try to rush you or be pushy. Athlete's Foot has the best sales among all the sports shoe stores, which is important for me because shoes can get really expensive. If you are a Parkrunner, you get extra discount too. Whenever I come here, I feel that the store's goal is not to sell me something expensive and see me out, but to keep me coming back. Great job!”
