Popped in last friday after work to treat myself a pair of black heels, the sales associate was super lovely, professional and patient. She was handling multiple customers (including myself) and the phone with ease. The store and was clean and welcoming as well. Just wanted to say thank you for a lovely experience!
I had a great experience at Nicole Rebstock’s shoe store in Newmarket! The sales associate was so friendly, helpful, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She gave me great advice on fit and style and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. The quality of the shoes is fantastic too! I bought a pair of beautiful Anya loafers from the Newmarket branch this afternoon because a pair of Tory Burch Ballet flats that I was wearing gave me a blister. Daniella was a lovely store staff who assisted me and she was so calm and attentive. Thank you so much. Shoes and other products at store are gorgeous, and the pair of loafers that I purchased are truly comfortable (yes..more than Tory Burch ballet flats).
I recently bought two pairs of Nicole Rebstock boots. A navy pair of suede boots and a black pair of Zoe. These are my first purchases from Nicole Rebstock and I just love them. They are stylish, comfortable and I've had many compliments about them. The service at the Newmarket store was great and I was given plenty of time to try them on. Luckily I was the only one in store and was made to feel special ❤️
I love the quality and design of Nicole’s shoes. I am yet to venture in store however have purchased numerous pairs online and love every single one of them. My latest purchase was the Zane boot in Oat. They are super comfortable and I enjoy the compliments every time I wear them.
Love love love my shoes!! Ordered a pair of boots in a sale and was so happy with the quality, fit and price!! Have worn 3 times in a short time since purchasing. The shoes took a while to get to me - longer than usual and I don't know what that was about - hei aha. I'm a very happy customer. Will buy from here again and recommend Nicole Rebstock to others :)
