Not always been keen to shop for shoes online as have trouble getting a good fit but shopping through Mischief has been a very good easy experience. First pair arrived in 3 days but were too big so sent back for a smaller size. Email posts kept me up to date with tracking and the next size sent were perfect. Thank you.

After finding the size of sneaker I'd purchased online with Mischief, was 1 size too small (and larger sizes were no longer available), I visited the Milford store and spoke to Nigel. He said he'd be very happy to arrange the refund on the online purchase. His genuine helpfulness incentivised me to find another lovely shoe in store - and he arranged the order for my particular size and have it couriered to my home. Thanks Nigel for the great experience. I'm sure I'll be back to find other summer purchases at Mischief Milford!
There is one shoe company in New Zealand that always have the range, service and variety of shoes, colours, styles and FUN shoes - hence the name Mischief. I love shopping online - they are almost always with me the very next day! Thanks team, love your shoes & customer service!
I bought a pair of sandals and two pairs of boots. They arrived super fast - I think they were shipped day of purchase and arrived day after. Free shipping. Came with a nail file which was a cute touch, and the shoes were excellent - I will buy from these guys again and happy to recommend them. They have an impressive returns policy but Iām keeping my purchases.
First time purchaser after intending to visit the store for so long. Lovely helpful staff, Russell was extremely patient after I almost tried on the whole store and finally walked out with 3 lovely pairs. You guys are awesome, I'll definitely be back.
Purchase most of my shoes from this store. Helpful staff, all seem interested but not fake. Great selection of shoes. No pressure to purchase. Will also help solve shoe issues.
Surprised at the experience I had considering most reviews for this store are good, however my experience was shocking. The service from the male worker was APPALLING - rushed, did not want to help, rude, extremely unwelcoming. I am super disapointed by my experience and would suggest customers going to another branch of this company rather then the milford one.
Highly disappointed in the service. The middle aged male working was extremely impolite and unpleasant - honestly seemed angry?? I asked a question about sizing and multiple times would ignore me. I won't be returning to this store again.
Excellent service. During our recent visit (not first time customers) their patience with us as we dithered over a shoe purchase, never pressuring us or hovering, was really special and is part of why we will come back. Highly recommended.
