   Way out of their depth with a product I purchased NOT ‘ Fit for Purpose’. So extremely disappointed with an apethetic and very un professional response regarding shoes that can’t be worn. Originally was told the shoes would be sent for analysis ( actually not the words the sales person used) is what she fumbled to express, in fact didn’t want to comment at all ( her words). Way out of her depth. After frequenting this shop, making purchases that have been wearable, I find that there major concern was when trying to express my issue with the slippery sole was that I had worn the shoes and they couldn’t re sell them! Quite amazing, I had purchased them to wear out side! Their answer to me was - nothing to do with sending the shoes, my pair of shoes, away for analysis - quite different to what the sales person said would happen, - very unprofessional. The owners wife apparently didn’t have the problem I experienced with a slippery sole! - my concern was dismissed. Not being able to re sell these shoes which is not ethical practise anyway I told them to THROW THEM OUT, Slipping and having an accident is not what I am prepared to do. Amazingly being apethetic operators, not taking responsibility is a very head in the sand way of running a business - NOT ONE I WANT TO EXPERIENCE EVER AGAIN. The public deserve to know that this shop doesn’t stand by their product or understand that clients are entitled to wear shoes out side, yes silly isn’t it, it was the comment made by the sales person believing that I shouldn’t have worn them out side and then I could have returned them, REALLY! A cold hard look at your operation is very much required,
