Had a issue with a faulty product however the item was fully sold out and offered and alternative. I had brought the matching set and asked if I could swap out one so the match (my OCD could never haha) they offered to fully replace the mismatched item and keep the one I already had. This was incredibly generous and I'm so happy with the prompt customer service I received (especially at this time of year). This was also through Dimples so shout out to the great team there too! :)

I am sorry for my previous review as it was from a place of upset due to not receiving the item I paid for. I have since learnt that someone up the road from my place has received the package and helped themselves to my son's jacket. They have decided to be an awful human being and keep the jacket for themselves. So I would like to change my review and thank you for sending me a new jacket without taking payment or accepting payment and making sure I receive it (which I have). I would also like to thank you for deescalating this issue & being professional. Thank you & I hope to keep supporting your business. The customer service was terrible when we went in, the lady only raised her head five seconds after every time I asked her something. She would do work on the laptop at the reception and make us feel like we should not be there. I understand it is the warehouse/store, but if she is the person coming downstairs to serve the customer, shouldnβt she leave her laptop stuff for a minute and prioritise walk-in customer first, considering they are only opening for physical shopping two days a week. Or maybe consider a total online store if they canβt really provide the service as a physical shoe store provides. Totally a waster of time bring a toddler in to try shoes as staff is so unhelpful. ( used to be great).

Bought this amazing reversible Yeti for my squishy from the flagship store in Rosedale. She loves it and never wants to take it off. Great Quality product. The staff were so helpful with sizing and fit.

Bought a pair of overalls for our toddler for the winter season from the end of season warehouse sale so only started to use it now, and the one of the buckles broke after the very first wash in a gentle cold wash per label instruction. Thought it wouldn't be an issue to get the overalls exchanged as there was clearly an issue with the buckle. Was stunned I was only offered a refund upon presenting a receipt which they never gave us in the first place because they don't issue receipts at the warehouse sale. We had a bank statement but not an itemized receipt. They would not replace it as they "don't have the same colour in the same size in stock" despite me saying we don't need the same colour. After my partner argued with the sales manager for 20 minutes they finally realised they could give us a "replacement buckle". Went in to pick the buckles up and found out they are literally the buckles sewn into the straps. So to replace the buckle we will have to cut the stitching, replace the buckle, then somehow securely sew the thick elastic straps back together. Can't believe a New Zealand company that presents itself as high end would have this quality of customer service. The manager also claimed they would give away all their stock if they just replaced the garment which makes it sound like this happens a lot. She said they could consider replacing it if we bought it a couple of months ago, I asked shouldn't their clothing last more than six months if our toddler had been using it this whole time (which she hadn't) and she couldn't give a response to that. She patronisingly advised me that I got a good price at the sale so shouldn't expect the same level of quality, it seems I was mistaken in thinking it was an end of season not faulty goods sale.
