Car service in Auckland

“Having brought my past 3 vehicles to Autostation over the past 3 years for performance modifications and general servicing, I can say that Autostation is hands down one of the most reliable and professional automotive businesses I have dealt with. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on doing the right thing for their customers. Pricing is fair, communication is clear, and the work is always carried out to a high standard and they take the time to explain everything and make the process smooth and stress free. It is easy to see why so many people trust Autostation. Highly recommended.”

“The best service and transparency I've had with my Mercedes. The team were able to locate issues that previous mechanics hadn't picked up on. If you have a European car, I can't recommend the team highly enough.”

“I can’t thank the team at Highbrook Automotive enough! They went above and beyond to help me on Christmas Eve, treating me with such kindness and making the whole experience enjoyable with great chat, lots of laughs, and big smiles all around. The WOF check was super quick and easy – I was in and out in no time. The online booking system made everything so convenient too. Highly recommend these legends for their amazing service and great vibes!”

“Needed a service before going away for a girls weekend and they were quick, efficient and friendly. They called and spoke through the costs now and what will be needed ahead of next WOF and gave us a choice before doing it all immediately and costing a fortune. Great communication and awesome friendly people. Thanks !”

“After getting the run around with our usual mechanic and not getting any answers, just ("could be this or could be that" ) we decided to give these guys a go , And I wish we went there sooner !! They actual took the time to investigate the issue we were having (loud squealing when driving)They were able to locate the problem and fix it promptly!! Highly recommend them and will be going to them from now on for any future work. Thanks guys !!!”

“Great service. Good communication, excellent price and the towbar is better than expected. Fitted to my Tesla Model 3. Highly recommend if your planning on getting a towbar.”

“Had a great experience meeting the two friendly blokes here. They are honest and most importantly, they did a fantastic job aligning my car and explaining what had changed. Thank you!”

“Fantastic and magical experience! These tour guides know their stuff and took great care to make sure we all had a safe and memorable night kayaking tour in waters where bioluminescent marine life can be found. Don't waste time trying to photograph the elusive sparks and glows in the dark - just take it in, be present, and you'll feel the happiness and cherish the memories. Look up and enjoy the stars, too! I recommend reading and following their recommendations - they know how to take care of their customers, if you take the time to do a little reading and packing in advance. The general meeting location was Waiake Beach - worth going early and spending time there to enjoy tidal pools and unique coastal scenery. Around 2pm the specific meeting location was communicated, and it was not far away - Long Bay Regional Park, which is also a lovely place to relax and take a nap before a night paddling expedition. I am a novice at kayaking, this was only my second time, and the my first was over a decade ago. The guide's lessons were all I needed to paddle and steer, I was able keep up. Most of our group were inexperienced, and we all had a great time!”

“I took my vehicle for a full service today. Staff were very friendly and took a reasonable time. The mechanic took his time explaining everything to me and walked me under my car and pointed out what has been done and what I should keep in mind for future. He took extra time out to educate in simple terms of the work carried out and why. Could not recommend a workshop more than these guys. Service was fairly priced too.”

“Best service, friendly and great mechanics. Heart of gold!”
