   We took our Toyota C-HR Hybrid to Roma Automotive for the first time ( only owned for year and half) for a full service. They are excellent to deal with in all ways. Helpful friendly and thorough with information and communication. (We had had a pitiful experience at Toyota ie shoddy, unhelpful and huge cost for an incomplete service). We are relieved to find Roma. They did an excellent full service at almost HALF what Toyota charged. Plus were very thorough and patient with all the questions we had about servicing and the ongoing performance and care of the car. We feel confident to continue with them for future servicing and highly recommend.

Shenya, the manager, was incredibly helpful and detailed—he took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with all the work being done. His knowledge and genuine care for customers really stand out. The team at Roma Automotive clearly understands hybrid vehicles and treats each one with great attention.    First of all I dont usually write review but this one got to be done. one late friday afternoon my car broke down in panic I called Roma about the situation and helped me to trouble shoot the car while I waited for my tow truck to arrived, they happily waited for until after hours to get my car towed there so the family and I can take their curtesy car to use while the car getting fixed. the experience I found dealing with them was pleasant and I will definitly go back to them for any car related issue, the staff is really easy to deal with and will answer any question you asked them.

   As a customer, I felt they don’t provide a proper vehicle diagnostic report or a proper evidence of the oil that they use for the car. In the bill we need to ask them to add the oil brand and its grade or even any particular cleaning. I felt like they need to be more professional like other Hybrid specialist , need to be more attention to detail. The service they have provided was good but in mean time they should focus on every aspect of customer satisfaction.

   Couldn't/wouldn't do a 5 min system check on my hybrid to locate the issue with my prius and advise me of the seriousness of issue. Made me make an appointment. Went elsewhere and they did it right away and had the car ready for me next morning. The issue was a water pump so I shouldn't have been driving it around.

   Quite good service and prices seem fair. I have had 2x yearly hybrid services, and a special service of the hybrid battery pack; and just recently had to get my car towed in by AA when a mystery red engine light came on and the hybrid motor stopped working. My only recommendation would be a routine courtesy call/sms to inform clients when there is a delay in starting the job, and another call/sms to explain the problem (when found) and confirm the estimated cost to repair- after not hearing anything for a few days I had to call a few times to find out what was happening; I eventually got the info but would have appreciated being contacted proactively.

   I have had my Estima battery replaced by Roma Automotive, they were transparent with the process and provided a loan car to make it easy. The battery replacement also had a warranty service included which I've just had done and the team were fast, efficient and communicated well and clearly throughout. Thanks guys I will definitely come back in the future.

   Had the good experience with by hybrid car servicing. Finish the suggested repairing job ( Engine oil change, hybrid battery check, filter change, transmission oil replacement and fog lamp etc.) Deliver my car on time. Explaining my concerns regarding my car performance. Quality of work was satisfactory to me; however, cost of repair and maintenance slightly higher than nearby automobile fixing shop. Hope it would be more reasonable.
