I have been a loyal customer of this centre for over five years, but the treatment I’ve received over the past two weeks has been nothing short of appalling. What should have been a straightforward request — two front tyres and a wheel alignment — turned into five separate visits. I leave now hoping the work was finally completed properly, but I will not be returning. Throughout this experience, I was made to feel like a second-class citizen — mocked, spoken down to, and deliberately misled on several occasions, all of which can be substantiated. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in any setting, but especially disappointing in a close-knit community like ours. We deserve better than businesses that treat people this way.

Duncan is amazing and his customer service is likewise. He saved me spending almost $500 on two new front tyres (which I was told I needed elsewhere). Highly efficient, no-nonsense, straight up advice - hard to find elsewhere!
